- Automatic Renewals: If your subscription renews accidentally, you may request a refund within 7 days of the charge, provided you have not accessed or used the service during that period.
- Billing Errors: If you are incorrectly charged (e.g., double billing), please contact us immediately for resolution.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be granted only in the following cases:
- ✅ Technical Issues: Persistent and unresolved streaming problems verified by our support team.
- ✅ Unauthorized Charges: Fraudulent or mistaken transactions.
- ❌ Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply decide you no longer want the service.
- ❌ Partial Usage: No refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle once service has been accessed.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Cancellations

- No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining portion of the billing period.
5. Exceptions
- Prepaid Plans (Annual or Quarterly): No refunds available after 30 days from the date of purchase.

6. Chargebacks
