Welcome to StratCinema (“we,” “us,” “our”), a video-on-demand streaming service accessible at https://stratcinema.fwconsulting.com/. By accessing or using our service, you (“User,” “Subscriber”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use StratCinema.

4. Content & Licensing

  • All videos, films, and media (“Content”) are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only through StratCinema.
  • At present, embedded videos are sourced exclusively from our official YouTube channel using YouTube’s standard iframe embed code.
  • Embedded videos remain the property of YouTube and the content creators, and are provided under YouTube’s Terms of Service. We do not claim ownership of or control over the embedded videos.
  • You may not:
    • Copy, redistribute, or resell Content.
    • Use automated tools to download or scrape Content.
    • Share accounts beyond your household (unless permitted by your plan).
  • Content availability and access may change due to licensing or platform restrictions.

5. YouTube Embedding Compliance

  • StratCinema uses YouTube’s standard iframe embed code with HTTP Referer headers as required by YouTube’s Terms of Service to enable playback.
  • We implement YouTube’s Privacy-Enhanced Mode (youtube-nocookie.com) to limit cookie collection where possible.
  • Embedded videos may set cookies and collect data according to YouTube’s Privacy Policy. Please review YouTube’s privacy terms for details on data collection and your rights.
  • We do not modify, remove, or obscure any YouTube branding, player controls, or links.
  • By using StratCinema, you acknowledge that YouTube and the respective content creators retain all rights and monetization related to embedded videos.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use StratCinema for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Bypass security measures or access pirated content.
  • Harass other users or upload unauthorized content.
  • Reverse-engineer or exploit system vulnerabilities.

7. Privacy & Cookie Consent

  • You may terminate your subscription and account at any time per the cancellation process.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • StratCinema is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free streaming.
  • Embedded videos are hosted by YouTube and may be subject to availability and third-party changes.
  • We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.

11. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of StratCinema after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingston, Jamaica.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Kingston, Jamaica.
