Written strategy documents rarely survive contact with a real decision. Contextuum's Employee Experience module generates a scenario-based training simulation for any role, built entirely from the company's own strategy setup with no manual content creation. Given a marketing hire's job description and a metaphor style choice, the platform generates a narrative onboarding experience in six to ten minutes: it walks the employee through how the business actually creates value, then tests judgment through scenarios grounded in the company's specific constraints. One scenario offers a sponsorship opportunity that looks reasonable but conflicts with an established no-advertising strategy; choosing correctly earns points, and each answer includes an explanation connecting the decision back to the underlying strategic principle it reflects.
