LTSP26 — Pre-Conference AI Survey with Fusion

A pre-conference survey that isn't a survey: instead of forcing strategy leaders into predetermined answer choices, Blendification built Fusion, an AI teammate that conducts a live, adaptive conversation about how AI is actually affecting strategy work today. Fusion asks about experiences, concerns, and expectations, then generates relevant follow-up questions in real time based on each answer — the same technique researchers use to study human judgment, here turned toward understanding what strategy leaders think about AI itself. Every participant gets a personal summary report showing how their own responses were understood and organized, while Fusion's network of specialized AI colleagues analyzes anonymized conversations across all participants to surface shared themes and disagreements, feeding directly into a conference session built from the collective findings.
