A former senior regional banker and experienced C-suite leader, Cecile holds a first-class honours engineering degree and has earned multiple prestigious credentials: Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI), Certified in Data Protection (CDP), and Certified Sustainability (ESG) Practitioner. She's trained by the Commonwealth Association of Corporate Governance and awarded the Canadian Commonwealth Scholarship.
